This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for collecting, processing and using personal data obtained by the Administrator via the Website.

§ Definitions

Website – a website available at: www.gares.pl;

User – a person visiting the Website;

Data administrator – BV Paweł Kurzynowski, Zakrzowska 25, 51-318 Wrocław, NIP: 844-207-03-90, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”

§ Data acquisition

The Administrator obtains personal data directly from Users when:

browse the Website;
interact with the Administrator using social media channels,
contact the Administrator via e-mail, telephone, contact form on the Website or other currently available communication channels.

§ Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed by the Administrator in order to:

providing Users with content available on the Website,
ensuring the security of the connection and optimizing the operation of the Website.

§ Data Sharing

The Administrator may disclose personal data of Website Users to external entities when it is necessary for the functioning of the Website, e.g. suppliers responsible for the operation of IT systems and equipment, entities providing accounting services. The Administrator may disclose selected information about Users to competent authorities or third parties who submit a request for such information, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable law (e.g. the Police).

User data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area by default, nor is it transferred to international organizations. In the event of transferring data to recipients in third countries, the Administrator will use standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, under which the basic guarantees of the User’s data security have been established.

§ Data processing and storage

The administrator processes personal data in accordance with:

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR);
the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000);
Privacy policy and internal data protection procedures functioning at the Administrator. The administrator does not take actions that are based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and have legal effects on the data subjects. The Administrator will retain the User’s personal data only as long as it is necessary to achieve the goals set out in this Privacy Policy.

§ User rights

Each User has a number of rights in relation to their personal data:

the right to obtain information regarding the personal data processed by the Administrator, including a copy of this data;
the right to request rectification of personal data;
the right to delete data, in cases specified by law;
the right to limit the processing of personal data or to object to their use, in cases specified by law;
the right to transfer personal data within the scope of data portability;
the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

§ Cookies

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s device. Cookie files usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the device and a unique number.

The above also applies in cases where the Privacy Policy requires changes to cover new or changed products or services of the Website. In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the relevant provisions of law shall apply accordingly.
